This archive contains "decoys" (i.e., ab initio models) generated by Fragment Assembly of RNA, as implemented in the Rosetta software.

Each subdirectory contains the assumed native PDB; 5 of the lowest RMS decoys; and 500 of the lowest energy decoys from a large run (~50,000 decoys). We are interested in finding more sophisticated energy functions and refinement procedures to discriminate the native PDB and lowest RMS decoys from the non-native decoys from each of tese runs.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like more conformations to test!
